Some people do really well with exercise routines that can be done in a group. This includes exercise classes, sporting activities. Competition is inevitable for some people in group situations, so they tend to work harder. Having a group of people to socialize with before and after an exercise class also makes some people less likely to give up or miss class. It is a good idea to have at least one other person to help motivate you to continue exercising. There are those who prefer exercising alone or at home. Find out what works for you, the types of exercises you enjoy and make physical fitness a regular part of your life.
