I have always had a muscular physique even without lifting weights or dieting, just from being very active. When I started lifting weights I became even more muscular. I think I have good genetics; I can easy build up muscles or lose weight in a very short time. My fit body always draws a lot of attention if I am shopping, clubbing or in the gym. The question I usually get asked is 'Do you go to the gym?' I often see people staring at me like they hven't seen a toned woman before. People always ask me for training advice and how to get fit.
